Frustrated Owner Throws Dogs Down from Third Floor Apartment
Dogs Miraculously Survived Fall Just recently, it was reported in the Straits Times that a frustrated owner threw his two dogs three floors down his HDB apartment. For his rash act, Mr Krishnasamy Kaliyappan, aged 44, was fined $5,000. However, as he was unable raise the money needed to pay the fine, Krishnasmay was jailed 5 weeks instead.
