As some of you may be new to our Online Dog Shop, we have compiled this FAQ to help answer some of the questions you may have while browsing our store. We recommend you read them before making your purchases.
Do You Offer a Free Delivery Option?
We most certainly do. For orders above $60, we will absorb the delivery charges.
How Long will It Take for My Orders to Arrive?
For items that we currently have in stock, we will mail them out within 3 working days from receiving your order
When an item is marked “available for backorder”, it indicates that we do not currently have that item in stock. Upon receiving your order, we will order that item from our supplier within 3 working days and mail it to you once we receive it. Because our supplier is based overseas, this whole process can take about a month.
What Delivery Options do You Offer?
We currently only offer one mode of delivery and it is via SingPost registered mail service. Yes all orders will be sent to you by registered post. This is to give you the peace of mind that your orders will always reach you.
Do you Currently Accept Any Mode of Payment Other than PayPal?
Unfortunately not. We current have only one form of payment (i.e. via PayPal). We chose to use PayPal for our e-commerce transactions, because they are reputable and widely known among Singaporeans.
